Kazka is an AI-powered story generation service that creates personalized stories for children. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, illustrations, and voice narration based on user prompts.

3. Credit System

• Each story generation costs credits

• New users receive free credits upon registration

• Credits do expire whithin a year

• Credits are non-refundable

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Paddle

• Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment

• Refunds are not available

5. User Content and Data

• You retain ownership of any content you provide to the service

• Generated stories are for personal, non-commercial use

• We may use anonymized usage data to improve our service

• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

6. Prohibited Uses

• Creating inappropriate content for children

• Using the service for commercial redistribution

• Attempting to reverse engineer or abuse the AI models

• Sharing account credentials with others

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated content or service interruptions.
